Our Objective

The objective of the compliance office is twofold:

  1. Maintain a comprehensive overview of compliance requirements and activities system-wide
  2. Provide support to all university compliance endeavors by collaborating with UM offices and administrators tasked with overseeing specific compliance areas.

Higher Education is one of the most heavily regulated industries in the U.S., along with sectors like healthcare, banking, financial services and utilities. One of the most effective measures for ensuring compliance with rules, laws and regulations is through well-designed and implemented compliance programs.

Nine Element Compliance Model

The diagram below depicts the University of 亚洲影院 System model for compliance program design and implementation. It was designed based on federal and professional guidance, with nine activities and two elements.
