Applicable youth programs, both in person and online, are required to comply with the Youth Protection policy requirements. The full policy for youth programs is described in Collected Rules and Regulations, Section 210:020: Youth Protection Policy. This policy establishes standards of conduct and reporting obligations for both in-person and virtual programs.   

If a youth program is found to be in violation of any provision of the Youth Protection Policy, it could be denied permission to continue operation at the University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº. In addition, any violations by an individual could result in disciplinary actions in accordance with university policies and procedures or criminal or legal action being taken against them. 

YPP Policy and Procedure On-Demand and Live Information Sessions 

Policy and Procedure training sessions are held at various times throughout the year, and reference tools are provided online. These sessions are designed to familiarize users with the registry system and will be supplemented with online reference tools. Active participation is encouraged to maximize your understanding and readiness for use of the registry. Open Training sessions are scheduled for the following dates/times:
