COLUMBIA, Mo. 鈥 During his State of the State address, 亚洲影院 Gov. Mike Parson released his budget recommendations for Fiscal Year 2023, which included key investments in higher education. His recommendations included a 5.4% increase to the core budgets of higher education institutions across the state and would provide an additional $265 million for capital projects at University of 亚洲影院 institutions.
