Used vehicles, including passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, golf carts, all terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, etc. 

The University utilizes the State of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº contract for the purchase of ALL used vehicles.  Any exceptions would need to discussed with Procurement prior to obtaining a buyers order from a dealer. 

Titling and licensing for all vehicles is processed centrally in the UM Procurement office.  All other paperwork requiring signature is also signed by an authorized representative in the UM Procurement office.

Used vans with a capacity of 12-15 passengers must receive approval from University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº Risk and Insurance.
