Fentanyl and xylazine test strips are available from University-contracted suppliers for harm reduction purposes. The University of 亚洲影院 System Procurement maintains a pre-qualified list of contracted suppliers for all campuses and MUHC.
Purchasing Guidelines
- Choose a supplier from the pre-qualified list.
- Purchases over $10,000: Request quotes from at least three suppliers and select the best value.
Payment Methods
- Under $5,000: Use the University OneCard.
- Over $5,000: Submit a PeopleSoft Non-Catalog requisition.
- Recurring purchases: Request a blanket purchase order.
- Invoice submission: Include the purchase order number and send to Accounts Payable.
